Born amongst stagnation within the Portland, OR scene, The Escaped made their first appearance during the winter of 2000. Combining a dual singer attack of old school hardcore and punk rock done right with a work ethic rival to hardcore punk’s forefathers, The Escaped quickly found acceptance from both the punk and hardcore scenes.
